1. Collar Size
To determine the correct collar size, place a tape measure around the neck, just below the larynx, at the point where the collar of the shirt will later sit. When measuring, the forefinger should be included between the neck and the measuring tape so that the collar sits comfortably and does not cut in.
2. Chest Measurement
The circumference of the upper body is referred to as the bust size for women and the chest width for men. This is measured at chest height at the widest point (usually at the level of the nipples) around the entire upper body.
3. Waist Measurement
It is measured at the narrowest point of waist to determine the waist measurement.
